Each of our Service Packages include a designated amount of hours for on-site and remote technical support. We will also check on system backups weekly and make sure your computers and other devices are up to date once a month.

Silver ($449) reg. $570: 6 hours Onsite technical support plus 2 hours of remote support (Including phone & email)

Gold ($949) reg. $1140 : 12 hours Onsite technical support plus 4 hours of remote support (including phone and email)

Platinum ($1499) reg. $1860: 20 hours Onsite technical support plus 6 hours of remote support (including phone and email)

• If none of these plans seem to fit your needs, we can work together to come up with a plan that is more tailored to you.
• On-site services carry a 1-hour minimum charge billed in 1-hour increments.
• Off-site/Remote services carry a ½-hour minimum charge billed in ½-hour increments.
